How is it applied?
Sun-labs professional airbrush system is not a “hit and miss” spray booth. The solution is applied by me and I visibly check that the tan is applied evenly and accurately over your body.

Is it safe?
All ingredients in our solution are completely natural. The DHA is extracted from sugar cane and is recommended by the American FDA for self tanning. If you have never used self tanning lotions before or if you are pregnant or concerned about skin allergies you may want to check with your GP first.

How long will it last?
Times may vary from person to person and skin tone types. The full effects can last up to 7 days.

How many treatments are required?
It’s entirely up to you. Many clients want a consistent year round tan, something quite difficult to achieve in Scotland, and have treatments every couple of weeks. Others just want a tan for special occasions. As with all self tanning treatments a tan is achieved with regular applications.

Should I protect my hair and nails?
It is advised to wear a headband to keep hair back. The solution does not penetrate the hair follicles. We do recommend that you protect your finger and toe nails by using a coat of nail varnish before treatment. This will prevent the solution soaking into to the porous nail.
